Waterfall Scene by H.A. Weiss, a New York City-area WPA artist not much is known about, but the work he left behind indicates adeptness across several different mediums. This oil on canvas piece is signed within the work itself. Artwork measures approximately 20" wide and 30" high by sight and is in fine shape. Not inspected out of frame.
