Pair of colored etching by noted French artist Louis Icart (1888 - 1950). "Eve" and "Venus" (1928). These are two prints of nude women lying on beds. Venus holds roses, while Eve holds an apple. Both prints are intended to be seductive, and Icart's fascination with the female form is clearly on display here. Matted and framed, in an oval format. Not examined outside of frame, good color, with creasing, marks. Pencil signed by Icart. Frames have minor wear. 19" wide by 12" tall (opening), frames are about 26 1/2" wide by 21" tall.
