Oil on canvas painting of a ship by noted Italian - American artist Louis (Luigi) Papaluca (20th century). The son of noted maritime painter Luca Papaluca, Louis followed in his father's footsteps. This painting shows a tall masted sailing vessel on the high seas. It is framed behind glass, and is no longer on a stretcher. Canvas has marks, darkening, and loss around sides. Condition: AS IS. Not examined outside of frame. Measurements: 5 3/8" wide by 19 3/8" tall (opening), 16 3/8" wide by 20 3/8" tall (framed).
