Watercolor by American artist James Floyd Clymer (1893 - 1982). Signed on work. In fine condition overall but with a bit of distortion to the paper as it sits beneath the mat board under glass. Artwork measures approximately 19 1/4" x 13 1/2" high by sight. Not inspected out of frame. Frame measures 23 1/2" x 17 3/4" x 3/4" in depth. Exhibits some wear. Keyword: paint, Canada, Newfoundland
