Three Japanese woodblock prints (ukiyo-e) of kabuki plays by Torii Kiyasada (1844 - 1901) and Torii Tadakiyo (1875 - 1941), from the series "The Kabuki Eighteen" ("Kabuki Juhachiban"), ca. 1896. "Ichikawa Danjuro IX as Narukami Shonin in the play 'Harukami'", "Fuwa Bansaemon and his Rival in 'Fuwa'", and "Ichikawa Danjuro IX in the role of Kakoyo Akaemon in 'Nanatsumen'". Woodblock prints on textured paper. Not examined outside of frames. Matted and framed. Yellowing of paper, fading of colors, and worm-holes. 8 1/2" wide by 13 1/2" tall (as matted); 14 7/8" wide by 19 3/4" tall by 7/8" deep.
