Two etchings by Salvador Dali (Spanish, 1904 - 1989) from his "Song of Songs of King Solomon" suite, ca. 1971. Drypoint etchings in color with hand applied watercolor and gold ink on paper. Dali is one of the most well known and successful artists of the 20th century, and the recognized master of Surrealism. Both prints signed in pencil by Dali, lower right corner. "The Bridegroom Leaps", marked "E.A." (Edition Artistique) in pencil (lower left). "Thou Art Fair", numbered 124 / 250. Very good condition, minor fraying of paper around edges. 22 1/2" by 15 1/4".
