Weft kasuri fragment depicting tigers in bamboo and oceanic (?) iconography. Piece measures approximately 13" x 19" and is in fine condition. Wooden frame measures 18 1/2" x 24 1/2" x 1" and exhibits a noticeable black mark at the lower right hand side. Largest shipping item. Silk on linen with embroidery depicting cats surrounding a koi pond. Piece measures approximately 11" x 23 3/4" and is in excellent condition, as is its wooden frame. From the carefully curated collection of a Pan Am flight attendant, in service between the years of 1954 and 1984.
