Wave Crest opal glass plaque with hand painted pink roses. Produced by C.F. Monroe Company of Meriden, CT. American, ca. late 19th - early 20th century. White opal glass with light blue and opalescent / iridescent finish. In gold colored metal frame with floral decorations in the Rococo style. Black cardboard backing.
