Wave Crest art glass planter. American, ca. late 19th - early 20th century. Produced by C.F. Monroe Company of Meriden, CT. Name Stamp mark. White opal glass with pink finish and hand painted flowers. Metal collar with insert. One ring on insert. Good condition, minor wear and discoloration. 3" tall by 4 3/4" wide.
