Collection of Walter Wilson hand painted porcelain (along with one piece of glass and one wooden tray) with various painted floral patterns. American, early to mid 20th century. Produced by Walter Wilson of Meriden, CT. About 36 pieces. Various flowers and floral patterns are represented, including Parrot / White Iris pieces, including a platter signed "J. Hickisch". This is likely one of Wilson's painters, and unusual as Walter Wilson pieces are usually signed "W. Wilson", no matter the artist. Other patterns include pink roses, yellow roses, clover flower, purple / blue flowers, and others. One plate is pink glass, with painted flowers in multiple colors. Pieces include plates, bowls, platters / trays, a wooden tray, tiles, ornaments, a salt shaker, a hair pin holder, an ashtray, various recepticles, and such. Condition: good, minor wear / shelf wear as expected from use. 1 3/4" to 13" wide.
