Type A model disc player commonly referred to as the "Schoolhouse Victor". Circa 1917-1925. Serial # 19358. Tested, works. Unit features a pull out drawer at front and a hinged shelf below that for storing the horn when not in use. Key to lid locking mechanism is missing and as such is untested. An interesting feature of this model is that its lid detaches and can be hung from the back of the unit while in use. Finish appears original and exhibits scuffs and dents consistent with age. Unit measures approximately 20 1/2" wide, 42" high and 26 1/2" deep. Wooden horn appears in fine condition and measures approximately 26" long and 21 1/2" across at its widest point.
