Two smaller pieces, both oil on board depicting scenes around Hubbard Park and the Quinnipiac River, measuring approximately 9 1/2" wide x 7 1/2" high and 9 3/4" wide x 6 3/4" high by sight respectively. The wooden frame on the former measures approximately 11 1/2" wide x 9 1/2" high x 1" deep while the frame on the latter measures approximately 11 3/4" wide x 8 1/2" high x 3/4" deep. These paintings both appear in good condition as do their frames. There is minor age related wear and slight warping to the overall shape of the Road to Castle Craig piece and the back paper wrap on the Quinnipiac scene is deteriorating.
