Marked 14 karat cased pocket watch produced by Tiffany and Company of New York, NY. American, ca. early 20th century. Size 8. Winds, sets, and runs. Swiss movement made by the C.H. Meylan Watch Co. of Le Brassus, Switzerland. Very thin movement, the watch is only 7 mm thick in its entirety. Movement is number 4197. Open face case, inscribed on back "JHH". Case numbered on interior "69979" and marked as 14K. Good condition, minor wear and patina on numbers on face. Minor discoloration on face. Total gross weight: 44.4 grams / 28.5 dwt.
