Round Wave Crest opal glass plaque with hand painted flowers. Produced by C.F. Monroe Company of Meriden, CT. American, ca. late 19th - early 20th century. White opal glass with light green finish around edge. In bronze colored metal frame (patinated) with floral decorations in the Rococo style. Good condition, minor aging as expected. 12" tall by 10" wide.
