Lot of 36 German pig porcelain open salts, fairings, and knick knacks. German, ca. late 19th - early 20th century. Some marked "Made in Germany", others are unmarked. Includes pigs doing anthropomorphic things (riding in cars, talking on the phone, using the outhouse, etc.), as well as sitting around. Some are painted (mainly pink and green), others are gilt over white or gilt over paint. This is a special shipping item. Please read shipping terms carefully. Also included are 10 other animal open salts, fairings, and knick knacks of cats, dogs, and bears. German and Japanese. Some are souvenirs, one marked "Norwich, Conn.", another marked "Souvenir of Branford, CT." and one marked for Utica, NY. Condition varies from piece to piece. 1 1/4" to 4 1/2" tall.
