Neoclassical gilt brass, green marble, and green glass compote. European, ca. mid 19th to early 20th century. Stylized legs with winged women (Nikes?) turning into a lion's paw. Classical acanthus and floral motifs on central post. Green marble with white veining. No marks. Good condition, expected wear. 14 1/2" tall by 6 1/4" wide.
