Two American porcelain sculptures. American, mid to late 20th century. Laszlo Ispanky porcelain bust of "David" from the Hebrew Bible. Produced by Laszlo Ispanky (Hungarian - American, 1919 - 2010) and Ispanky Porcelain of Pennington, New Jersey. Part of limited edition of 400, marked 147 / 400 and signed by Ispanky on bottom. Good condition. 11 1/2" tall by 8" wide. Statuette of a heron, standing on a rock amidst plants and waves. Signed on bottom "Heron by Andrea". Good condition, minor wear / chipping on one lily pad. 10 3/4" tall by about 8" long.
