"From the latest observations." Hand colored 18th century (c. 1715 - 1727) map by British cartographer John Senex (1678 - 1740). "Inscribed to the Honorable Samuel Molyneux, Esq. Secretary to his Royal Highness the Prince." The map exhibits discoloration and a single discernible vertical fold down the center of the piece. Map measures 23" x 20" by sight. Wooden frame in fine condition and measures 30 1/2" x 27" x 3/4". Foxing on matting. Not inspected out of frame. From the carefully curated collection of a Pan Am flight attendant, in service between the years of 1954 and 1984.
