Original Girard Perregaux Casquette digital watch. Swiss, 1976. This was one of the first LED digital watches made, and it has a wonderful, sleek Midcentury Modern design. Driver display time. Model 9931 PA, stainless steel construction with 18 karat gold electroplate finish. Inscribed on clasp "To Peter with our Love and Gratitude Dick and Lois 1-19-76". Not running, with some surface scuffing and plate loss around clasp. Clasp is adjustible, currently set to fit 7 1/2" wrist.
