Oil on Canvas seascape painting by noted Meriden, CT artist Frederick Matzow (Norwegian / American, 1861 - 1938). In this painting, waves crash onto rocks with ships in the background. Signed and dated in lower left "F. Matzow 1920". Framed in gilt frame with molding. Condition: extensive craquelure on painting. Some areas of molding loss on frame.
