Manufactured in 1938. This distinctive piece is popularly known as the "Mae West". Tested. Both "shortwave" and "broadcast" tuning pick up signals. Unit measures approximately 15" wide, 9" high and 8" deep. VG-EX condition with original finish. Finger wear at knobs, scattered contact marks to case, only the slightest shrinking and only very minor warping to the plastic parts. Back plate missing.
