Chinese Chess set with chessmen based upon the Terracotta Army. Chinese, ca. mid - late 20th century. In carrying case that opens into chessboard. Decorated with traditional Chinese motifs, like dragons and birds, as well as Imperial scenes. The interior is lined with images and text in Chinese characters. Good condition, minor wear. 14" by 13" by 1 7/8" (open). 7" by 13" by 3 3/4" (closed). Brass handles and clasp.
