Bronze lamp with the famed "Spirit of Ecstasy". This sculpture was executed for Rolls-Royce as its hood ornament, based on an earlier sculpture by the sculptor Charles Robinson Sykes called "The Whisper". Executed in bronze, this is a sculpture that was positibly turned into a lamp at a later date. Not tested. 18" tall, 4 1/2" wide. Keywords: cars, car, British, auto, automotive, light, lighting
