European landscape watercolor, ca. late 18th to mid 19th century. British or Continental. A classic landscape, in the style of the great landscapists like Claude Lorrain, Richard Wilson, and the young Joseph Mallord William Turner. Unsigned. Watercolor on paper. Some aging, but otherwise in good condition. Framed behind glass, not examined outside of frame. Old glass with expected imperfections. Wear on frame. 11 ½” by 8 ½” (opening), 14 ½” by 11 ¼” (framed).
