Framed decorative tile manufactured by Minton's China Works, Stoke on Trent post-1845. Tile measures 8" square. The face is in fair condition, with some small nicks and hairline fractures throughout. The reverse exhibits some chipping (especially at the corners). The wooden frame measures 12 5/8" square and 2 1/2" deep. It is in poor condition with extensive wear to the finish in the form of scrapes, nicks and chips. It is wired and ready to hang however.
