Grouping of seven fragments of Greek or Roman amphora pottery jugs; mostly mouth, neck and handle sections (plus several miscellaneous bits). Largest shipping item measures 11" high, 8" wide and 5 1/2" deep. Also included is one sizable slab of some ancient construction. Its carved pattern is still evident even in the well worn surface. All found while on Dives in the Mediterranean Sea in the 1970's. From the collection of a world traveler of 45+ years who has circumnavigated the globe via sailboat.
