Acrylic on canvas painting of a dog. American, contemporary. Signed "Nelson '07" in bottom right hand corner. Unstretched, unframed. Pencil marks on right edge. Dog is well-executed in a naturalistic yet painterly style. Dog is possibly a Tibetan Spaniel, or another breed of lapdog. Good condition, minor wear / staining around edge of canvas.
