A set of figural master salts or sweetmeats. Male and female forms in Colonial English apparel. They measure 7" long X 4 3/4" high. Made by the Bros. Voigt and Alfred Voigt in Sitzendorf, Germany. Circa 1887 to 1900. Condition is excellent except for the man who has a small chip on each garter around his legs. There are flowers in the bowls and around the edges with insects. Detail to the hair, feet, hands and the costumes. The underside of the bases are marked with the numbers M-312 and the Voigt marks. Other then the above condition issue described they are free of chips, cracks and repairs. Keywords: Meisen, English, German, porcelain, dip, cellar
