Collection of 8 Russian lacquer boxes with traditional Russian mythological scenes. Russian (Soviet / Federation), ca. late 20th - early 21st century (contemporary). Scenes may include the Frog Princess or Swan Princess, the Moon Goddess, and others. One shows an armored man riding toward a cabin with feet, and another shows two armored men battling on horseback.
