Collection of five Japanese paintings on silk and prints. Japanese, ca. mid 20th century. Includes two paintings on silk of landscapes. Two lithographs of Japanese landscapes. One large format print of berries and leaves in a Japanese ink painting (sumi-e) style, matted on fabric like a hanging scroll. The two smaller prints are signed and numbered out of 100, but the artist is not known. All pieces are framed. Two print frames have label from Studio Kimura. Two prints as framed: 26 1/4" wide by 9 1/2" tall by 3/4" deep. Large print: 18 1/16" wide by 38" tall by about 1" deep. Paintings: 24 3/4" by 11 3/4" by 1 1/16" deep. Expected wear on paintings and frames. Provenance: from a Connecticut collector of ukiyo-e prints.
