Lot of four paintings by various artists. One John A. Neff watercolor on paper of a colonial church scene. Neff (American [Connecticut], 1926 - 2017). 10 7/8" wide by 12 5/8" tall (framed). One pastel on paper signed "C.T. Mitchell". Landscape scene, likely Meriden, CT. 31 1/2" wide by 17 1/2" tall (framed). One landscape watercolor signed Irma P. Morse 1988. Morse (American [Connecticut], 1907 - 2000) was a noted artist from meriden, CT. 19 1/5" wide by 15 1/2" tall (framed). One oil on canvas board landscape painting, signed "H. Coville". 9 7/8" wide by 12 7/8" tall. Condition is good overall, Morse watercolor and Coville oil are loose in frames. Coville has aging on paint surface.
