Two Wave Crest ferners. Both marked with Banner Stamp Mark. Produced by the C.F. Monroe Company of Meriden, CT. American, ca. late 19th - early 20th century. Two opal glass basins with metal base and rim / collar. Hand painted flowers with colored finish (light blue and teal). Raised floral decoration on one ferner.
