2 vintage Russian lacquer boxes. Russian (Soviet Union), ca. mid 20th century. Both made in Palekh. One box shows Gvidon and the Swan Princess, and the other shows a scene perhaps from the Tale of the Frog Princess. Gvidon and the Swan Princess is marked 1966, and the other 1970.
