A pair of gilt brass cupids / putti, likely from a clock or another larger piece. Likely French, ca. late 19th - early 20th century (Gilded Age). Both putti have a screw on the back of their heads for connection to a larger piece, and there are holes on the floral curlicues on which they sit for the same purpose. Perfect for clock restoration or salvage use. Good condition overall, with minor wear, surface loss in areas. One strange cut mark on head of one putto. Overall, surface is brightly gilt. 8 3/4" to 9" tall, about 3" wide.
