14 karat white gold omega necklace with helix shape pendant and teardrop cut blue stone (turqouise? ) . Necklace measures approximately 16 1/2" in length. With matching earrings (also 14 kt with turquoise stones). Combined weight of three pieces is 20 dwt (31 g). Made in Italy. Wearable and good, but the pendant shows a drippy glue repair.
