Lot of 10 pieces of ethnographic art from various locales. African, American, and Asian, early to mid 19th to mid 20th century. One powder horn, possibly Native American. Carved face in bone on one end, and carved bone stopper. Brittle, aged leather strap shows age. One stone figurine of a seated person. Possibly after Ancient Egypt? Carved stone (broken leg, missing head). One carved fly whisk with carved Egyptian queen head at top and horse hair. Ca. 19th - 20th century. One small sculpture of a Maasai man. Signed "Oiro C. Apollo". African (Kenya / Tanzania), contemporary. One small carved wood mask. Southeast Asian? Black painted wood. One Chinese black jade sculpture of a god. Modern carving after Neolithic (Hongshan) original. One Japanese paper-mache figurine of a seated man. Japanese, ca. early 20th century. African (?) tribal case. Carved wood with rope. Three necklaces: One stone amulet necklace, one stone and bead necklace on leather strand, and shell and glass bead necklace. Condition good to as is, depending on object. 2 1/2" to 27" long.
